The Boundary Road site was purchased in 2002 with the intention to establish a pinot gris vineyard. The free draining silt loam and glacial riverbed soils, coupled with Canterbury’s warm dry climate made the site ideal for the production of this variety. The vines in 2005 & 2007.

We have developed the site using sustainable practices and are registered with the NZ Wine Sustainable Vineyard Program.
